| MOONEN IN 2009 |
This year has already witnessed remarkable progress at Moonen.
In April, a year after we opened our Groot-Ammers facility, we launched our largest yacht there, the first Moonen 124.
She will make her global debut at the Monaco Yacht Show in September.
In early May, the 80 percent share of Moonen Yachts Holding BV, formerly owned by the Snowie family of Scotland, were purchased by Merit AS, based in Istanbul, Turkey.

| MOONEN HAS NEW MAJOR SHAREHOLDER |
Merit AS of Istanbul, has purchased the 80-percent share of Moonen Yachts Holding BV formerly held by Scotland's Snowie family, to whom we remain ever grateful.
The remaining 20 percent is held by Emile Bilterijst, who continues to lead the company as Managing Partner. Merit AS, founded in 1989, specializes in Transportation and Logistics.
Moonen Yachts Holding BV consists of three firms: Moonen Shipyards, our yacht-building arm; Moonen Brokerage, which handles yachts "with experience"; and Inoferro, which produces fine stainless-steel work for the industry.

FIRST MOONEN “94 ALU” WINS SECOND AWARD Our Nilo was named “Motor Boat of the Year 2009” among custom yachts over 70 feet.
Nilo also won a 2007 Yachts Magazine World Trophy as “Most Innovative Yacht,” for her 26-knot speed and transatlantic range made possible by Caterpillar ACERT diesels and Servogear Controllable-Pitch Propellers running in tunnels.
She is steered by Servogear custom rudders.
Nilo has a sporty flair set atop a round-bilge semi-displacement hull that delivers low resistance, a soft ride, good seakeeping, and fuel economy.
Art-Line styled the interior.
We are also building a larger sister of the “94 Alu,” the Moonen “99 Alu.” (See below.)

MOONEN 84 MOON RIVER RETURNS FOR MAJOR REFIT The work being performed on Moon River (ex-Moon Bels, 2003) includes installation of a new shore converter, new anchoring system and winches, stainless-steel work by Inoferro, and a sophisticated nav/com system.
She is also getting Naiad zero-speed stabilisers, a historic “first” for a Moonen 84.
We are also modifying the flying bridge, installing a new electrical system and Bang & Olufsen entertainment, altering some teak decking and repainting her.
Art-Line is revising the interior with new colours and fabrics.
This is a truly extra ordinary refit, set for completion in June 2009.

LARGEST-EVER MOONEN NOW AFLOAT On 25 April 2009 we launched the first Moonen 124 at Groot-Ammers which was under construction since May 2008, when hull and superstructure were joined.
She features a forward main-deck master suite with verandah, two double and two twin guest staterooms below.
All decks are served by an atrium staircase.
She has Moonen's exclusive tender-handling system and an ergonomic wheelhouse.
Her Art-Line interior is of "fusion" styling, combining western cherry with eastern details.
She will be at the Monaco Yacht Show and is available for immediate ownership.

FIRST MOONEN “99 ALU” TO LAUNCH The “99 Alu,” Phoebe, an extended version of the award-winning Moonen 94 Alu Nilo, is on target for summer 2009 delivery.
Phoebe has a sleek aerodynamic profile suitable to her 26-knot top speed, accomplished by Servogear Controllable-Pitch Propellers running in high-efficiency tunnels.
To keep weight down, Phoebe, like all Moonen “Alu” yachts, is constructed of Sealium, and her antenna mast is fabricated in advanced composites.
She has a contemporary interior styled by Rhoades Young, another Moonen “first.” It features fine Moonen joinery of European walnut. Phoebe will be presented at the Cannes International Boat Show: 9-14 September.
